"This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! "

"The Cozy Cottage is as sweet as shown in pictures! Perfect for our 3 day stay- perfect location and near downtown- within walking distance to all the fun! Will checked on us thru out our stay to ensure we had all we needed. Highly recommend!"

Host thinks of everything and reached out to us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and recommended restaurants, etc. Excellent location walkable to all things downtown. "loved the unit. it is a old 4 plex with beautiful wood floors. Bed was extremely comfortable and AC sublime. Trust me in Laurel even in May that is very important. Location made it easy to get anywhere."

"Our family stayed in Hattiesburg for the state softball championship. The Brady bunch house was very conveniently located to USM. The stay was great very clean and comfortable."

"Perfect property for 2 people. This property is a short walk to town and located in the historic district. Sweet host and met us with a plate of cookies. Cute cottage, very clean, comfortable mattress…which is important after a long day of walking! The first day we walked into town and visited shops and restaurants.
