Discover Romantic, Private, Peaceful Log Cabin on Rushing Stream with hot tub

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin has it all. The cabin now has 2 king size beds and 1 queen. It is located on a secluded wooded lot with excellent views and sounds of a fast moving stream just out your back door. Inside it is beautifully appointed with all the modern amenities of home. Whether in the loft, out on the large screened in porch or down at the fire pit by the stream, you will find great locations to curl up with your favorite book or just hang out with family and friends. In the lower level there is chess, checkers, fooze ball and many board games available. Always enjoyable to all is the 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub that overlooks the stream. The cabin is decorated with a very cozy, yet rustic decor. There are quilts, furry blankets a lot of black bear paraphernalia. Really cute and fun! Firewood provided seasonally for fire pit, and fireplace. The playground is private and incredible: swings, slide, playhouse, etc. Still tucked away in a wooded environment. No pets allowed. Kids under 12 are free.

This cabin is right next door to our other two cabins (VRBO#1205551 and #3264751). This is a great way to get together for a family reunion or gathering of friends by renting both or all 3 cabins. Our 4th cabin is about 10 mins away. It’s VRBO #956322. Check it out too.

This was our second stay here. The floorplan is great for families with teenagers. Everyone basically had their own "floor" with bedroom and bathroom. The location is so convenient to downtown Ellijay and two of our favorite wineries. Also, sitting outside on the porches to read while listening to the stream just can't be beat for relaxation. Will be back again!

The cabin was lovely. It had everything we needed. We had a family wedding and stayed here for the weekend. Close to the venue and close to downtown. Would highly recommend. The host is very attentive.

A Wonderful Stay in Ellijay!We had an amazing experience at this VRBO. The house was extremely clean, which I especially appreciated due to my allergies and sensitivities—it's not always easy to find a place that feels this fresh and well cared for. Everything was beautiful, from the interior design to the peaceful surroundings.When I did have a small issue, it was resolved within minutes, which speaks volumes about the responsiveness and care of the hosts. We didn’t get to enjoy the property and the Ellijay area as much as we wanted this time, but we’re already planning to return when we have more time.Beautiful house, beautiful area—highly recommend!

We rented out the three cabins owned by these owners for our wedding and it was the most wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. Tons of room to cook and spread out for our group (6 adults and 2 children). Sitting out on the screened in porches listening to the creek babble was the best! We loved our stay and recommend to all!!

The cabin was perfect in every way for our needs. The children absolutely loved the swing set! The view out back was gorgeous and the main porch was wonderful with the table, chairs and nice big swing. There was lots of privacy and we enjoyed the fire pit and walking on the rocks by the stream. We would definitely recommend this cabin as a wonderful place to go for a quiet relaxing weekend. Thanks for all the nice touches to help ensure a wonderful getaway!

Very pretty, peaceful location by Clear Creek

Beautiful location by a quiet stream. Nicely shaded, screened in back porch was my go to morning coffee and reading location. We ate our meals in town at some very nice restaurants. Interesting antique locations in and around town. Enjoyed two or three very rustic cabin furniture stores. This cabin had the perfect log cabin decor we enjoy. We would love to return to see the colors in the fall. Several folks told us it would be FAR MORE CONGESTED in October during the Apple Festival.

This river cabin was absolutely perfect. The area is so peaceful and private, and we really enjoyed sitting by the water and taking in the beautiful sounds. We met the owners and they were so wonderful and accommodating. We highly recommend this home!

Photos are inaccurate

The main reason we rented this cabin was for the playground Towers for the kids. The photos in the listing showed two playground towers, there is only one. The tower circled in pic is not there. The photos do not show you the 10 ft Bank of rock to the river. There is a lot of cobwebs around the headboards and throughout the house. The washing machine has mildewed and smelled horrible. We made the best of our vacation and did enjoy it but really would like to see the photos updated to be more accurate

Perfect Family Trip

Great house on the creek. Tons of activities for kids. We loved the playground and playing in the “river”. Close proximity to lots of activities for kids and adults. We went to a different winery every day.

Perfect Creekside Cabin

Where to start... if you're looking for a real log cabin this is the one. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. Clean, modern bathrooms. Huge porches, hot tub, creek ( not the best for fishing.. to warm for trout). 10/10

We love our annual trip!

Another amazing trip to Ellijay for the fam. The house and property are awesome. Clean, fun amenities, great property to explore. So glad we found this a few years back, and we’ll look forward to our stay next year!

Second time visit

This cabin is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to cook in. We used the grill on the front porch every night, and it was also easy to use. The cabin is spotless and so peaceful.We spent most of the time on the screened-in porch. The porch overlooks a stream filled with trout. You can hear the water falling over the small rapids from the porch and the bedrooms. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and hot.We can’t wait for a third trip.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this cabin! It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Super clean and all of the things you need for a perfect stay. Upgraded kitchen appliances and everything you need in the kitchen. So many blankets for being cozy and the basement is awesome for watching movies or hanging out. Screened porches were perfect for reading and listening to the river. What a wonderful location and so much care to make this place welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and close to stores and restaurants but tucked away so you feel like you’re a world away. We will definitely come back!

Family Christmas Vacation

We had an amazing time at the cabin! It was the perfect size for our family. Loved the outdoors; right on the water, playground area and s’mores at the fire pit. Close enough to town for the necessities but far enough away for seclusion.
