Welcome to the Brand NEW Holiday Valley Hideaway. As hosts we have over 38 years of hospitality experience creating a space to simply Rest Relax & Replenish. We hope you will find the Modern Farmhouse design to be cozy & upscale.

Kindly enjoy the nice appointments, including the 600 thread count sheets and pillow cases, the new memory foam mattress, soft & firm Serta pillows and ultra soft blankets.

Stretch out on the custom leather sofa with chaise lounge complete with plenty of pillows and extra fluffy blankets, perfect for a movie night on the 50" TV or simply enjoying a nice wood burning fire or curl up with a good book.

The patio offers peace and quiet with green space in the summer and great lighted mountain views in the winter. Sit back and relax on the patio furniture and take in the views all year long.

We feature an all new galley kitchen with upscale appliances & finishes, complete with fine plate ware and flat ware, an upscale Keurig with milk steamer, all utensils and copper cookware, this kitchen is ready for you to craft your perfect meal. Provided is a modest spice rack & selection of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, latte or cappuccinos.

Lastly the grounds are very nicely manicured and provide for nice walks through the complex, or hike the back rail line, grab some clubs and walk to the chip and putting area which also offers a full driving range. The Black Diamond Golf Course is right across the street offering 18 holes of exciting, challenging but manageable holes to score well. Holiday Valley skiing is often referred to as the Aspen of the East, dozens of trails designed for every level of skier and the complex even offers rentals for skiing & snowboarding and even cross country trails. Holiday Valley is a Full Service Resort and destination.

3 Minute Drive to Holiday Valley

I was skiing at HV all week. I wanted a place close by the resort with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. I was great for one person.

Get away

This property was in walking distance to Holiday Valley. There is also a free shuttle to pick and drop you off with all equipment. The place was perfect and cozy, everything was updated. Just a 4 min drive to town. It really was so peaceful. The owners of this property are so very kind. I will be back without a doubt!

Mother/Daughters Trip

We absolutely loved our time in this quaint little town. This was a ski trip for me and my two daughters, along with several other friends. The access to everything was so convenient. We absolutely loved our room. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The room was very clean, and had all the amenities of home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Everything was newly renovated and tastefully decorated. There were also plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. We hope to come back one day, and will definitely choose this same room for our stay.

Ellicotville weekend getaway

My partner and i had a fantastic time at the ellicotville beer and wine tasting. Our condo exceeded our expectations, immaculate, beautiful decor, so many comforts,, absolutely everything you could possibly need and more! Even a basket of puzzles and games to play. Very warm and cozy. I would highly recommend, you would not be disappointed..

Very enjoyable stay located close to Ellicottville. I liked it as there were no stairs to access the unit. Everything that you need is provided. So clean and upgraded Next door owners there for the summer are very friendly.

The property managers were super easy to communicate with, they were prompt and super polite especially after a last minute date change. Once we got to the property, it was easily accessible and really clean. The instructions of where we could find everything were clear. It really made our girls weekend special!!

Memoriam Weekend in Ellicotville

We traveled to Ellicotville to honor a dear friend in memoriam. This condo was perfectly located to allow us to have privacy while we enjoyed the surroundings. We loved experiencing the uniqueness of the village. The unit was very clean, well stocked with anything you might need, lovely decor and very responsive hosts. They have done it right!

Perfect Spot for Getaway

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was perfect for my husband and I. The unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the process to check in and out was extremely easy. Anyone nervous about the murphy bed shouldn’t be as it was super comfortable! Highly recommend this property!
