The Space:
Casa Amici is without doubt one of the most sought after premiere vacation rentals in Ellicottville. This stunning chalet offers the most exquisite taste! You'll fall in love with the breath-taking views of the ski slopes from the walls of windows in the Great room! After a day on the slopes of golf course, relax in the media room with theater style seating watching your favorite movie on the big screen! You'll have plenty of room for family and friends in this magnificent chalet! With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there's plenty of space for everyone! Other amenities include gas fireplaces, deck with hot tub, patio, state of the art kitchen with top-notch appliances, and so much more! Master bedroom has a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. This stunning, newly built chalet is the perfect venue for your luxury family getaway! Minimum age for primary Guest is 25. Photo ID for verification is required. Parties or events not allowed. Bedrooms layouts: 1st Floor Master with Queen Bed with attached bath (whirlpool tub); 1st Floor Bedroom with Queen Bed; 1st Floor Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds - One full on the bottom and one twin on the top of each bunk bed; 2nd Floor Master with Queen Bed - attached bath (second bathroom door to living area); Loft bedroom, spiral stairs, with Queen Bed. There is also a sleeper sofa for overflow.

Guest Access:
Entire home, deck, hottub, and property are rented as a whole. Enjoy!

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally managed by the VanDyke Agency LLC. Cleaning is handled by a professional cleaning company to ensure quality. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is taking place between each arrival. We provide towels, washcloths, and toiletry items! Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, and pillow cases. Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy!

Interaction with Guests:
Professionally managed by the VanDyke Agency LLC. We are available 24/7/365 via phone, text, or email. Emergency numbers will be provided for quest use in the event there is a concern. Every effort will be made for your trip to be perfect and enjoyable!

I cannot describe how perfect this house was for our holiday weekend at Holiday Valley! First off, the location is fabulous! We could easily pick up and drop off groups as they wanted to ski and come home - everything is so close! Secondly, there was so much room in the house for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Plus, the entry way was huge and helped organize all of our ski equipment. The view of sitting in the hot tub watching the skiers go down Yodler was amazing! Lastly, the rental owner communicated often and was able to answer any questions that we had! I will only book this place when we return!

This house is perfect for a group. There is plenty of gathering areas for people to congregate, the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable, and the house has everything you need. The agency managing the rental are so responsive and helpful. Best of all, it is so close to Tammarack, it is easy to drop and pick up people at the lodge.

Second time our family has stayed here. Everyone had a great time and plenty of room. Bed had been upgraded in loft and much better. All the kitchen utensils you could need but knives are dull and need to either be sharpened or replaced

We had an awesome time at this house. So many great amenities and areas to hang out. Todd was super easy to communicate with and the location couldn’t have been better, close to town and seconds from HV with a beautiful view of the slopes. Will definitely be back!

Lovely house with well stocked kitchen and great ski/winter decor. Enough space to spread out but still cozy. Close to the slopes. Just wish Holiday Valley would have been a bit more helpful in making snow for skiing. Can’t wait to return to this house!

We were here for a Family wedding and the home was perfect for us. There are so many rooms and areas to relax in, and beautiful views. We loved the great kitchen and dining area, and of course the Hot Tub was enjoyed on the warm summer nights. Thank you to the property manager for outstanding service. We would highly recommend others to enjoy this beautiful home, any time of the year!

This beautiful home nestled on the hillside overlooking the slopes of Holiday Valley is a PERFECT holiday get-away with family or friends. The home is delightful and warm and welcoming. We had a fabulous time and our 4 day stay felt like a real vacation!
