"Room clean, staff brilliant, breakfast ok, parking great."

"My room was infested with moths and other bugs as well as being dirty - after squishing many bugs the final straw for me was a small black bug on the bed which I wasn't sure if it was a bedbug or not. We asked for another room which the staff were more than happy to do but unfortunately my children were not happy and were very scared so we had to check out after only being there for a couple of hours."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

"Nice, spacious room, fully equipped and lovely walk-in shower. Free parking with plenty of spaces. No restaurant for evening meals but the HI next door offers dining for International guests. Breakfast lived up to it's promise as complimentary "continental" but it also had a very limited hot buffet which ran out of eggs and took over ten minutes to replenish."

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus! Check in / check out was swift and efficient. "The room I booked was for 4 people. It was spacious and clean with functional kitchen and bathroom. However there was only one set of cutlery and two cups which made it difficult for us all to have a drink or eat anything. There was also only a small table with 2 seats. Cooked breakfast was included and was reasonably good but I would have also like to have the choice of a cereal option as well. The Hotel is in a good location albeit on a road. It was easy to walk to both low town and high town...

"Beautiful room nice and warm and products provided. Arrived just before they stopped serving food but the staff were very helpful and delicious meals were served up. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was really nice and freshly cooked and hwalthy ootions too"
