"We arrived at hotel a few hours before check in and I was not informed by reception that the spa was being closed early at 4.30pm due to maintenance work. When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm. "The room i had booked wss not ready at the dtated 3pm. We were in hurry so said we would take a different one. The check-in was otherwise easy. Our room was modern with a king size bed, a small seating area, a fridge ironing board and tea tray. The bathroom had a big shower and was pristine. "

Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...
