"Very accommodating and friendly upon arrival/check-in. But upon finding we were assigned two rooms, that were booked in Mar. '26 , that were on the second floor and they don't have an elevator or bellhop to bring/up bags was kinda bummer, lugging up 17 steps. All the carpets both in lobby, stairways, and rooms are in serious need of a decent vacuuming. This wasn't just from a busy weekend but you can see plainly all the areas of heavy traffic as well as corners haven't been attended to in quite...

"Good location. The rooms were adequate. Nice beds. Very quiet. The grout in the bathroom floor was cracking out so it didn't look clean - but it may have been! The description said there was a large soaker tub but I don't think anyone would describe a 1960 tub/shower combo as such! "

"We loved our stay! The room we booked seemed basic, but upon arrival was large with three giant windows to see the mountains. Their pool was heated and an awesome spot at the end of a ski day since it was 70°. Super convenient to the slopes, they take your skis down there for you, and just a really amazing time!"

"This property has been beaten to near death and has a lot of differed Maintenance. The room, had no pictures, carpet was heavily stained with bleach and soiled to the point of I wore flip flops everywhere in the room. Everything was unplugged, tv, alarm clock etc. Coffee Maker was ancient and took forever to heat up hot water. When I checked in, no one was at the front desk at 3:15p.m. and a sign said we will be back soon. I hate those signs anywhere as I don't know if they left 5 minutes ago...
