"THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Elisha and Eni are literally angels!! Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted. The hot tub and indoor pool is nice! Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha. 10/10 recommend"

"The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed. "

"Got in around 6pm for a 6am flight the next day. Sat down in the lobby and ordered door dash for my daughter and then we ordered from the on site restaurant (that is not separate from the lobby.) Before our food came out the restaurant manager? came over, without telling our server, and told us we needed to move because we couldn’t have outside food in the lobby/restaurant. We move six feet and got our “restaurant” food to go. He was so rude. Tipped our waitress well because she had no idea what...

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only reason giving Staff four stars out of 5 is due to housekeeping knocking on the door asking if I was checking out when I had the do not disturb sign up. Wouldn’t have been a problem, except I wasn’t scheduled to check out until the next day."

"The shower was big enough for two people to bang in there. The breakfast wasn’t superior, but it wasn’t horrible. Either, they had bacon and eggs and a pancake maker and pretty much everything you would want at that price point. I’d say it was more than adequate also the coffee at breakfast was ridiculously good"

"The name thing is a major confusion choice of a name, brand or company and stick to it. My sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky. Way too much of a charge for such little terrible experience and quality. I paid almost $400 for two nights and it was no better than a motel 6. do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This should be a last resort unless you wanna throw away your money"

"The desk clerk was very kind, she got us in our room a little early so we could prepare for our evening plans. Then we checked out early for travel before the breakfast was ready and she prepared a sack breakfast for our trip and even carried it out to our car for us as our hands were full of luggage. I give her a 10+!"

"I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast, and I did not ask about nearby restaurants upon my arrival but I did enjoy a good hot soak in the available tub in my room. I slept well prior to my departure"
