"We booked the ADA room, which was advertised as a classic room with a roll in the shower. It was supposed to hold a queen size bed. The bed was a little bigger than a full. There were no chairs in the room, just bare bones furniture. The light fixture in the room was attached to a cord that went from the light switch to the wall and down the wall to an electrical outlet. Are you kidding me? There was a refrigerator in the room, but it had a glass door and a blue light so we had to sleep with...

"It’s old, bathrooms fixtures were really old, carpet had rolls, my glass dirty, towels were rough feeling. Chairs in room old, cushions were flat. Never met the staff except at check in. Food prices were high. Wouldn’t go here again."

"The actual hotel is being renovated into a best western. The motel is run down & needs MAJOR renovations. Theres no elevator & we were only offered 2 floor rooms. I had an infant that doesn’t walk & an older family member. Wouldn’t let my stray cat stay here"

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern."

"The room was big and we liked that. We could choose to park at ground level or an underground garage. The fan in the bathroom was loud. Even though it said no smoking the room we smelled really badly of cigarettes. It must have been a room that was previously for smokers. It really bothered my daughter and I. I wished we had asked for a different room. The hair blower didn't work. The women at the front desk was very nice. It was nice to have a continental breakfast."
