"Bear in mind that I only saw one room (penthouse, balcony). This is an older property. I have stayed at a number of historic properties before and this one is maintained to what I would say is a minimum level (peeling paint and wallpaper, beat up furniture), which is not to say that it is not clean. "This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year."
