"Place was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. We loved the thoughtful extras that made this an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was. Would stay again on our next trip to Lima. "

"Absolutely stunning home with Newly renovated bathrooms, Tucktaway in a quiet neighborhood. I sometimes wondered if anyone else lived on the block because there was a little traffic so close to town. The house was more than exceptional when it came to communication and letting himself be available at any time to speak with. "Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....
