"Excellent Hotel for the price point. A little out of the way from the tourist areas but never waited longer than 2 minutes for Ubers. Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities a traveller would need. No Breakfast available but there is a Denny’s attached to the Hotel. Lobby Coffee was fantastic and consistently good and served well into the evening."

"The harbour view from this hotel is superior to many other hotels in St. John's as you can see out the narrows. The included breakfast vouchers were not given to us when we checked in and I had to go request them. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the shower and the room wasn't entirely cleaned before we arrived as there was a dry cleaning receipt and a pair of shoes in the wardrobe in the room. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, and the staff were generally excellent."

"The room was old, smelly, the wall paper was peeling off and the ceiling stained in the bathroom. No hairdryer. And for this subpar room I paid over 300$ for one night. Very disappointed."
