"Well, where do I start! This is probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. We booked a room with an airport pickup included along with 2 x 60 min massages a day. From the moment we were greeted at the airport we were treated like royalty, the transfer was smooth and we were immediately provided with a cold flannel and fresh ice cold coconut. "Wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, best was the staff - they were on top of everything , the breakfast was so good as it was not Buffett but a La Carte which was a nice change from buffets It has a very nice pool , we stayed at the rooms pool view and I think they are the ones to stay The only draw back is the rooms don’t have enough outlets All in all you will be very happy if you stay here"

"My partner and I stayed for 5 nights originally but had to extend due to an injury my partner had - they were flexible, accommodating and so kind to us. The hotel is beautiful. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars all round! "

"I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport...

"The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website. "

"Apologies that this review will be all over the place, but I just don’t know where to start lol. I can’t recommend this stay enough! Not only is it a little Oasis tucked a few mins away from the city but the service is out of this world! (Also after backpacking for 3 weeks now it’s safe to say they have the BEST AC in Cambodia 😂) Food (and prices) is amazing, cocktails delicious, rooms were amazing, every single worker is so kind and accommodating, AND they have their own tuktuk service which...

"Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things...

"The hosts were wonderful and so kind. The owner was very kind as well. The food was delicious and very affordable. The rooms were clean. And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! "
