"It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....

"Wow! Stay here!!!! Everything was incredible. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was truly delicious and so many options. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant on site, just make sure to book first thing as they require an advance reservation for the restaurants that are not the buffet. Also the buffet was great too! No bad choice here!"

"Had a wonderful experience at Creta Maris. Would recommend booking the theme restaurants as soon as you arrive to ensure you get to try the cuisine outside of the buffet although the buffet was good as well. Sometimes hard to find chairs by the pools but can generally find beach chairs. The staff were very friendly, would recommend the Nami wine cellar wine tour, the staff running it were very informative of the islands history and wines were very tasty."

Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. "The hotel is in a great location with spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Water sports are available for an extra charge and are conveniently located right near the property. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels exchanged every day. "Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."
