"We stayed at Black Ridge for our spring break, coming from West Virginia, and it was amazing! The inside of the cabin was even better than we expected, very clean, and most basic amenities were already provided for! It’s not to far from most places, like garden of the gods and cave-in-rock; and, exploring the forest behind it as college students was great, and we found plenty of things to take home with us. "

"Host was pretty responsive and kind. We did have some issues with double booking, but the host fixed it. The main issue we had wasn’t with the home or host. The VRBO displayed the incorrect address and it took us an hour out of our way. The home itself was clean. They had a lot of kitchen supplies and equipment. The garage area was very neat. "First trip to Shawnee for our anniversary and we chose this cabin because of it’s location and were very pleased. Super close to garden of the gods which is great. Easy to find and check in, host checked in with us multiple times to make sure all was good, nice clean cabin! Our only complaint was that the neighboring 8 cabins were pretty close so it wasn’t the most private, but it also gives you a little area to walk around which is nice.
