"This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. "My girls were over the moon for the Mermaid Cottage! A few minute walk to the beach. Owner lives next door so easy to communicate. I would like to visit again with friends. "

"We had a very peaceful and lovely stay. The check-in was very simple with very clear instructions. All you need is provided as well as a comfortable bed. The camper, the weather and the nearby creek provided the experience I was looking for. Camping in Ojai as a kid is one of my fondest memories and this space helped me relive those memories beautifully. The adjacent patio area was definitely a plus. Sitting under the gazebo and taking in nature was what my weary sould needed. "
