"Clean, comfortable & kitchen had all you need to cook a meal. Nice patio with a bbq and hot tub. Close to beaches and marinas. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing lacking is the pull out bed was very uncomfortable, but they always are! "

"We had friends and family from all over the country coming in for a wedding. This house was the only one I could find listed that allowed for all the people to have sleeping privacy. And a kitchen, eating area, and sitting space big enough to accommodate everyone at once. And everyone was thrilled to be right on the beach. We even had a garage to keep all the wedding stuff so we didn’t have to worry about it out on the street. "

"All the conveniences of the city with a mountain retreat vibe! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend enough! "

"Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience."

"This spacious cottage offered the perfect respite in Thousand Oaks. The patio was quiet and private, and the unit itself was spacious and beautifully finished and appointed. New, and meticulously clean. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Highest recommendation!"

"We were in town for our nephews wedding and this place was better than expected. The condo was plenty big for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids and it is located right next to the only playground in the complex which was perfect for our kids. The multiple pool areas and game room were also a big hit with the kids. One of the reasons we booked this place was because it is so close to the beach, but our kids were having so much fun at the pool we didn’t even go to the beach. Rajvir was a great host...

"Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned.
