"We had 5 people and 1 dog for a 1-night stay, traveling from 4 hours away in Colorado. The home was very inviting and warm. The space worked well for us. It was a very quiet neighborhood. My dog did not want to leave the back yard, she very much approved. The communication was excellent from the moment we booked until after we left. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies."
