Inside has a fresh, stylish decor with colourful artwork to accent the neutral walls, and the oversized grey floor tiles creates a calm and relaxed feeling. The open-concept living and kitchen area has floor to ceiling recessed sliding glass doors that lead to the breathtaking views from the terrace, making for the ideal indoor outdoor living space.

The spacious terrace captivates the most amazing sunsets. Shaded by a beautiful wood pergola and glass railings for unobstructed views, the 452 sq ft terrace is perfect for romantic nights by the private gas fire pit or set up local eats and drinks at sunset on the high top table for 6 to enjoy with friends. There is a comfortable sofa and two chairs to watch the whales or take a nap in one of the two sun loungers after a day at the beach. The terrace also has a mini fridge and sink if you need a wet-bar in a pinch.

The kitchen is a vacation-chef`s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, quartz countertops, quality cookware and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a bar area to pour your favorite shot of tequila, or add freshly squeezed juice or simply reach below and grab your wine from the temperature controlled wine fridge. All the tap water at the Cove is filtered, feel free to drink as much filtered water as you like.

The primary bedroom offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean with large sliding glass doors leading to the terrace. For your personal comfort the room has a king-sized bed with high quality bed linen, TV & speaker, high speed wifi, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, binoculars for whale watch, lots of closet space and a private ensuite bathroom with a large modern glass shower.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with high quality bed linen, a stunning Perota wood desk top if you have to work, high-speed wifi, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV & speaker and plenty of closet space.

The main bathroom has a fresh neutral decor with a large modern glass shower. Both the main and en suite bathrooms are supplied with the up-market eco-sustainable brand Rayito de Luna shampoo, conditioner, body & hand wash. Rayito de Luna is made in Mexico with all its natural ingredients coming from small mexican producers. The Cove at Cerritos is a private community. There are two locked main entrances, North and South. The entrance for this condo is the South entrance. Each residence has its own private front door and share a common hall and stairwell.

Amenities - The Cove

As guests of The Cove at Cerritos you are welcome to use all the luxury amenities. The private shared outdoor areas are only accessible to those staying at the Cove.

The shared outdoor space has a real cool resort vibe. When you are swimming in the heated infinity-edge pool, lounging in the baja sun ledge or relaxing in the bubbling jacuzzi you are looking out towards the endless views of the beautiful blue ocean waves. Around the pool all the cushioned lounge chairs face towards the ocean so you won`t ever miss the breaching of the Humpback whales.

Enjoy the beautiful wood pergola shaded lounge area while reading a good or not so good book, playing cards with friends or maybe take advantage of the gas top stove and BBQ and cook the fresh fish caught that morning!

The fire pit area sits at the edge of the property. The custom made cushions make it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets and the cozy fire makes it easy to stay out after dark.

The Cove has a MODUVATED custom designed fitness gym. Treadmill, Peloton, elliptical trainer, free weights, all with a view of the ocean. And if working out on vacation is not your thing, there is a Ledge designed ping pong table you can maybe win a game or two!

Cerritos is a very magical place. Close to Cabo but instead has a very laid back, welcoming chilled vibe.

You`ll travel about a mile off the paved highway, down some dirt roads, up a small dusty hill to the lands edge, that is where you`ll discover the boutique luxury of the Cove. From here it is the Pacific Ocean straight ahead!

Playa Los Cerritos is a short 4 minute walk from the Cove. It is one of only the swimmable beaches in the Southern Baja and is known for its great surf.

There are several local eating place, many in walking distance, others a short drive away. The towns of Todos Santos and El Pescado are just short drives away both with awesome culinary experiences.

We recommend a car to get here and to explore the magic of the surrounding coast and the towns of Todos Santos and El Pescadero that just a few miles up the highway.

Most roads off the main highway are dirt and all roads in the area have potholes and bumps. Most roads do not have street names, and houses do not have addresses.

Each residence at the Cove has 1 assigned parking spot in front of it`s garage. You can park on the sides of the roads but must be careful not to block the flow of other cars or private entrances.

Please note: This residence is located in the middle of the complex where very little noise or construction is observed.

This ocean front condo has been furnished with love and care. There are play cards and pocket size games for entertainment, a telescope to catch a closer look at the whales, a bluetooth portable speaker for your use, and a tripod to take those insta moments; there will be many! So many extra details for your vacation pleasure.

The Cove at Cerritos is located 55 minutes from Los Cabos Airport. All the major car rental companies are available from the airport.
