Welcome to your peaceful mountainside getaway, tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac within a gated community and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. This spacious townhouse offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to relax, work, or gather with loved ones.

The master bedroom features a king-size mattress, a full private bath, smart TV, and direct access to the patio with serene views. The second bedroom is perfect for families or kids, with two bunk beds (two full beds on the bottom, two twin beds on top), a private full bath, smart TV, and its own patio access.

The third bedroom has a twin trundle bed (two twins) and its own full bathroom, while the fourth bedroom also has a twin trundle setup and access to a full bathroom located in the hall.

The living and dining room open to a charming terrace with patio furniture—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with a view. You’ll also have a fully stocked kitchen, wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a two-car garage.

Whether you`re here to relax, explore, work remotely, or simply breathe in the mountain air, this quiet and scenic retreat has everything you need. (Pool not accessible)

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and garage. The only exceptions are a few locked closets and storage areas used for cleaning supplies and maintenance.

Casitas Coronado is a quiet, upscale neighborhood nestled on the west side of El Paso, known for its scenic mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and peaceful atmosphere. Despite the serene setting, you’re still just minutes from popular shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment in West El Paso. The location offers a perfect balance between peaceful retreat and city convenience.

Casitas Coronado is conveniently located with easy access to major roads, making it simple to get around El Paso. A car is recommended for the best experience, especially if you plan to explore the mountains, local attractions, or downtown. You`ll find shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores just a short drive away. Parking is easy with a private two-car garage and additional space in the quiet cul-de-sac.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
Cannabis use is prohibited on all premises.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:

Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50

King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110

King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
