The space
Practically brand new home. It has been completely remodeled from head to toe. New Ref Ac , tile, kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, bathrooms and all new lighting + 2 car garage with new remote garage door opener. Super clean 3 bed home sleeps up to 6. All mattress are brand new serta memory foam with new sheets. Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Walmart and Target is 3 mins away. Seconds away from loop-375 and 15 mins away from El Paso Airport and Zaragoza International Bridge and Fort Bliss Military base.
Guest access
Entire home plus two car garage and washer and dryer in the garage.
Other things to note
Self check in with a lockbox on the front door. You can text me 1 hr before check in for code. Two car garage available with garage door opener.

Not quiet what expected

Backyard totally unusable. House did have some updates but had many other areas that needed attention. Large crack in third bedroom base wall. Definitely needed a hard clean. Next-door neighbors have three dogs that bark. Neighborhood not the best.

A cozy little home

My girlfriend and i stayed here for a few days and we were immediately impressed with the way the house looked. It was very clean and quite spacious. The rooms were excellent and the bathrooms were also impressive. We couldn't get the garage remote to work but it wasn't a big deal. We only used it on our final day. The neighborhood was very peaceful and there wasn't any noticeable noise. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect/Comortable House

The house was perfect, it came with everything you'd need and more.. The host was great and helpful. Me and my family really liked the house, we'd definitely stay again when visiting ElPaso. A quiet, nice neighborhood. Everything is nearby which was very convenient.

All the amenities of home

I stayed here with my husband, mother, and young daughter. The house was clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. The kitchen was full of just about any utensil, pot, pan, and dish you could want. There was also a new high capacity washer and dryer in the garage, which you have full access to. There were plenty of nice (not small scratchy) bath towels, as well as hand soap, Dove soap, air freshener sprays and dish soap. The AC worked just fine, and the bedrooms each had dressers and decent size closets. The house is easy to get to and has close access to major routes in the city. The only negative I could remark on is the neighbor's barking dogs (as others mentioned, and I realize it is not the owner's fault). However, the dogs consistently barked at very early hours of the morning for quite some time - if you have light sleepers or children who struggle to get back to sleep, this may be an issue. Overall, this house was great! It was clean and had modern conveniences/amenities. I had great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

This house was truly a charm. Completely renovated with everything you can ask for. Beds were completely comfortable, showers were tiled and rooms were plenty big. The only thing I would have wanted was a pool but you can’t get everything. Owner was in complete contact with me prior to check in and during my stay. No issues to report. Definitely will recommend this place.
