Established and Quiet North El Paso neighborhood with amazing close view of close Franklin mountains.

- Immediate freeway access to US-54 to easily get around all El Paso. 10 minutes away from Ft. Bliss; 13 minutes from University Medical Center (UMC), as well as from Providence Hospital (Transmountain); and a short drive to White Sands Missile Range. El Paso’s major Shopping malls 13-15 minutes away. Painted Dunes Golf course a few minutes drive.

- Convenient shopping center close-by. Albertsons grocery, Walmart, Chipotle, DutchBros, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Olive Garden, Ardovino’s Italian, Restaurants, Bars, Movie theatre, Painted Dunes Golf course - all close by.

Pet Friendly - Our home is pet friendly but there will be an additional one-time pet fee of $50 for a pet. Guest must clean up after their pets before checking out and is responsible for any damages caused by a pet. Backyard is fully enclosed, but please ensure fences are properly secured before leaving your pet unattended. Host not responsible for any pet getting out. A medium pet bed is provided for pets staying indoors. Please provide a bed if the one provided is not sized for your pet. An indoor cage/kennel is also available upon prior advance request.

Swim at your own risk. Property owners are not responsible nor liable for any injuries, falls, drownings, etc. including death. Young Children and Non-Swimmers shall be under constant supervision of a Responsible Adult around Pool, including on water slide. By continuing to book this reservation you agree and abide by all rules and regulations stated herein.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean and nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and an inviting backyard and pool area. This location served as a convenient home base for us to visit our son and daughter-in-law who are stationed at Fort Bliss and also for us to take a day trip to White Sands National Monument. Karina communicated promptly and answered any questions that we had. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient.

The hosts were great. Very communicative, gave more information about the house and instructions than I’ve ever had before. Really nice. The first day we were at the house Gabriel went and changed out some batteries on the door lock so we didn’t have any trouble with it. The house was awesome! There were lots of things for the kids to do. We enjoyed the pool, the arcade game, the air hockey table and the smaller table games that were available. The house was clean and we had everything we could have needed. 10/10 recommend! Would stay here again!

Stayed here for a week with my family as it was close to relatives and had a pool. House was clean, comfortable and inviting. Kids had a great time with the pool and air hockey table. Just the right amount of space for us. Karina was always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in El Paso.

A trip back in time

My sister and I wanted to go back to El Paso and relive some memories from our childhood. This house was perfect as it was just a few blocks away from my parents old home. The location was perfect. The views are stunning. The accommodations are wonderful. The Pool was very much enjoyed by my two granddaughters. It was a very clean property and you couldn’t want or ask for anything else. It was perfect.

Great Stay Again

We really enjoy this home and the pool, the communication with the owners and the wonderful neighborhood. This is our second stay here and we keep coming back for the reasons listed above. Wonderful home in the NE of El Paso. Lots of activities for my sons (swimming, air hockey, arcade game, park a block away). Beds were comfy. Very clean home with everything you need.

Beautiful, cozy, & clean home

We traveled to El Paso for a football tournament and this house was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! Our boys enjoyed the pool and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the decorations and the home has a very cozy feel. It was a good location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated how easy thehosts made the check in and check out process with great communication throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again if we're in El Paso.

We came to El Paso to visit our family. We rented this cozy and beautiful home to relax. So glad that we did! The home is updated and cared for and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had an enjoyable time relaxing in peace. Owners were very quick to reply to all needs as well.I highly recommend the home for a visit/vacation.

Great Time in El Paso

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home, great pool, easy communication with owners, safe neighborhood and easy to reach. Everything we needed was in the home, and the heated pool was great and air hockey was an added plus. We will be back, thanks the smiths..

We enjoyed our stay very much at this pool house. The owners were kind enough to heat the pool for us, at no extra charge, so the grandkids could swim. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Phenomenal property

This beautiful property feels like home away from home — but cleaner and more beautifully decorated. Love the Christmas tree and lights! All the amenities you could want — and if you can’t find something, the owners are quick to respond. Bonus is that many of the little items you’d usually have to go buy are provided — spices, k-cups, band-aids, pool toys, etc. So nice to have laundry facilities and detergent as well. We’d definitely come back if we return to El Paso.

Everything we needed and more

The house was perfect for our stay! It was very clean and had every convenience we could need and more. The heated pool was great for the kids, along with access to pool toys and towels. The beds were very comfortable and had access to extra blankets and pillows when needed. The host was VERY responsive to questions! We will be booking here again next time we come to town!
