"Staff was very helpful and efficient."

"This location is ideal. The hotel is beautiful. Front desk is always friendly. Valet parking and personnel are always pleasant and welcoming."

"Everything was amazing, the staff was great. Would definitely stay there again!"

"It was a great location, very private and a short drive to many places!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Citadel Outlets. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but the property itself is quite old and could benefit from some renovations and updates."

"Staff was so nice and helpful. A 10/10 stay!"

"I made the reservation last minute. Reasonably priced, clean room and friendly staff."

"Had a great stay…breakfast was good…hotel location was good and had parking at hotel ++..overall a great stay"

"This was by far the best LA hotel experience Ive personally had. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean as well. The area has a couple of food options and taco trucks near by as well. If you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend this as a solid budget friendly option."

"The place was close to restaurants, stores etc very clean & quiet"

"The hair dryer was filled up with dust (very thick), I end up to clean it up myself. It’s kind of dangerous to use it with the thicken dust at the back of the hairdryer."
