"We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Hotel Providence and will definitely be back! The location is ideal, with great restaurants in both directions, and perfect for walking to the beautiful riverfront. Our standard room was spacious, tasteful and spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed and quiet heating/cooling system. The staff is wonderful—a big shout out to Sebastian at the front desk whose professional and warm hospitality was truly the icing on the cake!"

"We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility."

"I stay here due to convenience to the airport and shuttle service. Check in was excellent, fast and easy. My room was too close to noisy roads, air conditioner was so loud therefore I didn’t get a good nights rest. I will look into and pay for a nicer room next time."

"Clean, odor-free room. Plenty of free parking. Helpful, informative staff. Free breakfast was setup in the smallish vending room. There was plenty of coffee, creamer, yogurt, and breakfast bars. Digital clock was missing from my room. Desk clerk scheduled a wakeup call instead. A/C worked well and was not too noisy. "Soon as we arrived the outside was dirty, the lobby was dirty. there was only one clerk on at 5:30pm and he was very overwhelmed, long line. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit leaking, mold all over the wall where the AC was. When we tried to leave the room the handle came off in our hands and we couldn't get out . We called down stairs and the guy did come up and fixed the handle looked at the floor and brought towels for me to lay all over the floor. Said he...

"It was a great hotel- staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. The only reasons I gave it a 4/5 is that the room was rather sparse and dark and the elevator was over 100 years old and showed it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."
