"Lovely atmosphere"

"Eine moderne Lodge, eine offene Küche mit Gasgrill, Kochplatz und Spüle. Das Geschirr könnte zahlreicher vorhanden sein! Im Zimmer war ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee. Wünschenswert wären mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, Platz dafür ist vorhanden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. The natural materials used in the accommodation complemented the surroundings. Very pleasing to the eye all around."

"Das Zimmer bzw. die Hütte ist wahrscheinlich die letzte, die noch dringend renoviert werden müsste, es sei denn, man möchte es wirklich ganz schlicht haben!! Ein Kühlschrank war dabei. Also Fran, the chef ordered up ideas, and took suggestions and recommendations for the food... Fran was excellent i wouldn't stay for 5 days and 4 nights a little long...."

You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. "What a wonderful vacation! I stayed in early February 2026 on a mother-son getaway. We stayed in one of the spa suites and enjoyed the animals and the birds in the tree off our deck. I just can’t say enough great things about this place: the views (incredible sunsets), the food, Happy Hour cocktails, the pool, the friendly and attentive staff (shout out to Francisco, José, Roxy and Noelia). Be sure to rent a car and explore the area. And take advantage of the excursions that the hotel can book...

"Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. "If you want peace and serenity, this is the spot! Amazing views, super quiet, nothing but sounds of nature! Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day.
