"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa...

"You could not find an apartment better placed for a pool. 10 strides from your garden yet not in your face or obtrusive.Even out of high season the pool was cleaned every morning. Good length for proper swimming. Not deep so holds the heat, but deep enough to do your thing.Supermarket on the resort has everything you need. Alternatively you have supermarkets within a short drive or cycle.Amazing golf facilities on the resort. Practise areas are some of the best I have ever used.Superb apartment...

"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"Just back home after an amazing time in this villa. Rachel and Evette were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was clean, modern and very well equipped. We were impressed by the inclusion of so many kitchen/cooking utensils as well as a secure safe. Nice quiet area. The Palms beach club nearby was great to go to for breakfast or lunch. No negatives at all and can’t wait to go back! Thank you "
