"Great hotel and room. The only real complaint was that the bed was very hard....but the staff did all they could to help. Put 3 duvets on the bed to make it comfortable. Very noisy on a Friday night when we arrived....but the food was great. Beautiful hotel, in a great location."

"Clean room but our room smelled of cigarette smoke on return to room second night. Poorly designed shower. We were placed in sister residence two buildings down from main hotel. Room was very quiet faced away from the road buffet was excellent. Good location downtown walkable to most everything."

"Excellent location and very clean, with a variety of room styles to fit most needs. Less than 300 yards from Marienplatz. Breakfast was great. Neat location. The only complaint I have is that I had a family issue at home and had to check out 1 day early. Staff refused to refund the day that I did not stay. Not sure if that was because it was book via Expedia. They were apologetic, but I felt it was inappropriate to charge me for a day that I did not remain. Otherwise, I can recommend this hotel."

"The staff was pleasant, continental breakfast was ok. Nifty theme well done in the room. The room was quite warm with days near 80 degrees F and still warm in there at night. Tap water was too warm to drink but there were 2 complementary bottles but not helpful for filling water bottles. Even at night it was hard to cool down. Would be nice to have even a small toiletries shelf in the bathroom."

"Big rooms Great staff The hotel is starting to show it's age - new flooring (remove carpets in rooms) and replace a few molding pieces, baseboards here n there, would be a good way to update it to today's 4 star experiences. But it is a wonderful place with great staff and a delicious and unique way to present a breakfast buffet - give yourself an extra 10 minutes for the fabulous breakfast buffet 😉 Central location as well."
