Hosts are very nice and communication was easy. The room had everything we needed. However - the glass partition separating the room from the shower/toilet wasn't entirely view-proof. super quiet must make spa reservations ahead of time best place to disconnect if you need a piece of mind . No gym . Beautiful views of the Golan heights. Highly priced reservation included dinner which was costly but did not include wine.
