"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Parksituation ist erst schwer zu finden, ich habe durch eine Anwohnerin erfahren wo ich hin muss. Was mich gestört hat, in unserem Zimmer idt dad Wasser in der Dusche nicht so gut abgelaufen."

"Leider wurde mein Code schon 1 Stunde vor Checkout gesperrt und ich kam nicht mehr ins Zimmer, aber die Person bei der Servicehotline war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte mir schnell weiterhelfen. Ansonsten lief alles reibungslos."
