"We were in the area for a seaside weekend. The location for Morecambe promenade made the trip really easy. Didn't expect to enjoy the cocktail bar as much as we did. Didn't expect to enjoy the promenade location as much as we did. Would recommend for a short stay."

"The property was perfectly situated, secured and out of the way whilst only a short walk into Conwy itself. The property was homely and very accommodating, the host ensured we had a home away from home. We would certainly stay here again."

"Only had a couple of nights for a seaside weekend. The promenade location was probably my favourite bit. Belvilla early check-in helped as we arrived ahead of plan. Two nights went too quickly."

"Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit.
The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. Very friendly bar lady. Hopefully she will see this as well. So thank you all :) See you next time! X"

"Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of...

"It’s a lovely location and high standard accommodation.
A few issues , a problem with drains really quickly resolved by the team, excellent customer service.
The property is advertised as having a charging point. With a hybrid car we were looking forward to using it and asked before the trip how to access it. We were told this was being sorted out but it wasn’t. It was hard to see the point and no one had allowed access when we tried to use the app. This must not be advertised as if you booked...
