Situated approximately 15 minutes north of Mindarie, this amazing beachside retreat offers the perfect place to experience Perth and its surroundings, Yanchep's National Park and local golf courses are close-by.

This conveniently located home is within 10 minutes from Butler Train Station and is close to the freeway, which will take you straight into Perth. Access to Perth's main attractions are at your doorstep.

Peter is a lovely and thoughtful host. The property had everything you would find in your own home which made making dinner and have breakfast easy and accessible. The location was close by to shops.

We really loved the layout of the house, it looks better than the photo’s. Lots of space. There is only an aircon in main living area so bedrooms were a little warm & stuffy, but 2 of the rooms have fans which helped. Great location, close to shops, playgrounds and the beach. It was a really nice touch having games/books/magazines and DVDs. There’s just the one t.v in theatre room but I was surprised to see a toy room next to the bedrooms with toys suitable for toddlers. We also enjoyed being outside using the BBQ, also plenty of seating outside (12 seats). We really hope to come back and stay again.

Overall lack of commitment by the owners wine bottles left in bedroom bin, kitchen bin was unhygienic , no light in refrigerator or bathroom , shower head not working properly and stains left on towel. No information on where to find linen or how to use washing machine etc. and patio door unsafe especially when children were in the house

Enjoyed a quiet little getaway. House was well equipped with everything you need! Surrounded by so many parks great for kids of all ages. Great communication between the owners and myself through out our stay. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time staying at Peter's property. The place was immaculate & the location its self was perfect for relaxing & having some quality family time with our little boys. Peter's customer service was brilliant, making sure we had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back.

Very nice and spacious house. Includes great ammenities and is very close to the beach. Amazing hosts as well, very friendly and even left a heap of complementary snacks and a few drinks. Overall a very good experience would highly recommend staying here
