"We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies. The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. "The hotel is very attractive, modern and clean. Shockingly NO breakfast is served or available, free or to purchase! Instead a few pastries to go are for sale. The room was pleasant but amenities are lacking. No water in the room. Just an empty small fridge. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were like large hard boulders. It was impossible to use them for sleep. Utterly ridiculous. We will definitely not return."
