"I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,...

"Another lovely stay here in The Royalist in a quiet area of the city. May I suggest a Nespresso coffee machine would be a great addition to this beautiful contemporary apartment ? Cleanliness, communication and attention to detail are outstanding . Thanks again ."

"This place exceeded our expectations. The cottage is spacious and cosy at the same time. Beautifully decorated and very private. Everything in the cottage looks brand new, even though they have been in the business for a few years, but more importantly, the private garden was perfect for our dog (labrador)! The host, Sue, was lovely and very helpful. The area is lovely to explore and there is a farm just down the road where you can buy local produce. Definitely will come back again!"

"I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. Suggest that the code and password be left at the accommodation. We had problems with the radiator in the bedroom not working, likewise the bathroom towel rail. Having lived in Worcester for...

"Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot."
