"Nastiest place I ever almost stayed , booked for 3 days and I couldn’t last 5 min in the room. Dirty wash cloths and towels . Smashed bugs all over walls and also has holes in walls filled with toilet paper . Bugs in beds and public hair on covers. After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office"

"The hotel it was amazing, however, my room did not have cold water, and the only water coming out of the shower with scalding hot, I could not take a shower"

"The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there."

"Rooms clean and large. Bed and pillows good. Need a free breakfast for guests only wanting something small. Great location. Other places such as Hampton Inn and Durey have free breakfast and Druey has a free afternoon lunch. Staff and all other workers were great answering questions and giving directions."

"We like this hotel but found our most recent visit lacking. First, the hotel is going through a MAJOR but needed update- I look forward to seeing the results. We were put on a wing of the hotel that was under going rennovations- all the doorways along the hallway were either cracked open or fully open. The room smelled funny, but the AC worked. The issue we had was the fire alarm went off randomly. We had to call the front desk to come take the alarm down. Then it didn't have batteries so they...

"Great location with paid parking, and kitchen amenities. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the river and downtown but is in a quiet area with the occasional train passing through which I didn’t mind. The staff were nice and friendly."

"The room was clean to an extent. Water was cold for our one day stay. Was woken up at 3am by the noises in the storage room. we only needed it for a few hours due to a layover . Staff was very polite. It’s not so bad if you can overlook the appearance outside. But the water being cold was an absolute no for me ."

"Parking being included was the only perk. The staff was rude, the place is old and run down. The shower was dirty and held together with electric tape, water pressure was terrible. You could here the people next to you through the adjoining door all night. You could here the people behind you through the vents in the bathroom, and smell their weed...the door to the outside let in light and bugs all the way around. Breakfast was coffee and a busted juice dispenser and empty waffle batter machine...

"There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work"
