"What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent. We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities."

"Great rental property with a nice view! Cozy spot with comfortable beds."

"DeSolina was a beautiful and romantic little one bedroom cottage. It was perfectly described. Easy to find, easy to check into, and within steps of Sexton Winery. What is not to love!?!? One word of caution, even though the cottage is very spacious, the kitchenette is basically just a refrigerator and a microwave. So plan accordingly. But everything else was absolutely perfect. Would definitely come back again."

"Jon & Melany were amazing hosts! Communcation was very easy with text and responded right away. They provided recommendations of where to eat and shop, which were nearby, if you walked or drove. It's great that access to the beach was nearby. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It’s clean, well stocked, spacious, and a great location to downtown AG! I feel like the owner has taken attempts to listen to previous reviews. There has been a small dining table added into the little nook which was helpful. And I’m not sure but I think maybe the Wi-Fi has been improved. A few things have not been addressed from previous reviews such as the toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom and thin curtains in the front room with the 3 twin beds. My...

"Walking distance to restaurants, a wine bar, and the water. Short drive to Pismo and Morro Bay where there are lots of activities to do. "

"Amazing bathrooms (the heated floors and orchids), amazing sauna and hot tub - both clean and relaxing. Fun, eclectic touches all throughout. Teens enjoyed seeing the phone booth. Comfy beds and wonderful fire pit outdoors. Would come back again. Great base for exploring Los Osos hikes, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo. "

"Very nice safe area"

"The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. "
