This home away from home situated in 'The Meadows' of Southeast Edmonton has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

It boasts contemporary furnishing and decor arranged to be most pleasing to our guests. Engage in local activities at The Meadows Rec Centre, experience the Cineplex Odeon (one of the largest in North America) and begin an adventure into the city!

With our warm and inviting home awaiting your return, nothing can hold you back!


Walk into the living room after a long day of exploring to be welcomed by a soft fluffy rug at your feet and entertainment at your fingertips as this room hosts a Smart TV with Netflix streaming capabilities.

Step into the kitchen and feel free to use our complimentary coffee-maker and toaster. Various types of tea are provided.

Share a meal with family/friends in the dining room or socialize at the barstool chairs at the kitchen island!

Rest your head in any of the three upstairs bedrooms and recuperate energy to take on the next day of your Edmonton experience! All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a modern aesthetic. The master bedroom hosts a queen sized bed with a pillow-top mattress to ensure a tranquil night's sleep, 2 side tables and a closet. It also features an ensuite bathroom!
The second and third bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress, 2 side tables and a closet.

If you have a vehicle there's a private parking pad located at the back of the residence.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

There are 2 rentable suites in this house.

Full disclosure: there are 2 suites that can be booked in this house.When I booked the VRBO there was no mention of 2 suites in the ad and I would probably not have booked if I would have known about the second suite. Pros: The part of the house we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated and well stocked, comfy beds and lots of bathrooms- yay! Cons : On the first night we were not able to park where we were told we could park and so we had to chase down an answer as to where we could park at 10pm. On the second night the people who rented the basement kept us up with their fighting and loud music. This was extremely disappointing. It was warm upstairs that night and we wanted to open the windows but couldn’t because of the loudness of the tenants in the basement and their constant slamming of the door and raised voices. Carlette was quick to respond to emails and the time I called her about the parking I left a voice mail and she responded within 10-15 minutes.

Wrong address given

No AC but the house was clean. The property owner sent a Google maps link which took us to the wrong house, which led to a lot of confusion. No proper access from the back parking pad to the front

Nice place

I like the place, clean, and the location was perfect for my needs. You can get everywhere in 30 min drive. Only I wish kitchen has more items, like knives, pots.

Not clean

Sweet little home but not clean. Microwave was dirty - still food in the sink. Floors were not washed - baseboards noticeably dirty. Very quick and sloppy cleaning. Host indicated that previous renters had damaged home which meant a later check out than agreed on. I brought up the cleanliness and indicated we wanted a discount. Host has yet to address or respond to this request. We spent 1 hour cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms) so we felt comfortable staying there. Host was notified and pictures provided. Space was adequate but would not stay again.

Good little space to stay, a bit shy on cleanliness.

The beds were clean and comfortable, towels provided. The layout accommodated our needs well. Parking is a little tricky out front with a truck but there’s a parking pad in back. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice but a bit disappointing cleanliness wise. Appeared to have been only ‘spot cleaned’ instead of the real deal. Overall satisfactory but would have been more comfortable if the cleanliness was improved.

Definitely recommend

Gorgeous house. Phenomenal couch. Kitchen was the deciding factor but when arrived the bar stools were terrible but the kitchen table was amazing for dinners and drinks. Beds were comfy and close to grocery store. Huge playground behind sun division for little kids. Definitely book again. Not great street parking for big trucks but very convenient to entrance.

Great house!

This was a great spot to stay. Carlette responded to every question in a timely manner. The place had everything we needed for our stay. If looking for a place to stay I would choose to stay here again.

It was a great stay - Very clean - only feedback I would have is the kitchen is not stocked as well as it could be - ie) there was no pots or cookies sheets. We manged OK :) Thanks for sharing your home!
