"In all of my travels all over the world this has got to be the single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Quite regrettably I rebooked because I had to stay longer in Seattle. HUGE mistake. In 11 days, my room has had housekeeping in only once, no clean towels, no change of bed linen, and the absolute WORST member of staff Morgan, whose solution was to shout at me, demanding to know if I want to check out tonight, and mind you, it’s 9:00 pm. "Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean.
