Cozy condo located within the gated Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. First floor unit on the 17th fairway. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach or marina. The island also has marsh lands creeks, The Serpentarium and Edisto Beach State Park which includes an expansive nature trail system and The Edisto Environmental Learning Center. Botany Bay Plantation is a must see when coming to Edisto with more than 4,600 acres of maritime forest, beach, freshwater ponds, and historical buildings. Our Out On A Whim condo has a little bit of something for everyone. The game wall has you favorite board games, and features a vintage arcade table with all the classics. The stunning granite-topped wet bar has an ice maker and beverage fridge to keep all your yummy stuff cold. A king bed and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa provide plenty of room for friends, families or golfers alike. Join the deer and mourning dove on the deck every evening to take in the amazing view of the sunset. Golf cart and bike rentals make the over 4.5 miles of beaches, marshes and creekfront on Edisto Beach accessible within minutes! Guest have access to the entire Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort which offers three pools, hot tub, fitness center, mini golf and other amenities that are available for an additional charge.

The property was as listed online and a good location, but all floors were very creaky. When having difficulty getting the dishwasher to work, the co-owner was a little rude, declaring it operator error. Most dishwashers do not have you hit the start button and then shut the door.

Good place

The place was great. Location was great. Very clean. Only negative thing i have to say is about the resort itself. If you want to use the playground or pool you have to purchase a daily amenity pass for 80/day or 300/week. Wish I would have known the price ahead of time instead of finding out i have to pay 80 to let me kid use the playground.

Great location. Close to the beach. Many interesting things to do in the area. We loved Botany Bay & the Boneyard Beach. Condo is nice size for 1 bedroom unit. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed rocking on the deck watching the deer.

The condo was perfect for a weekend in Edisto for a fishing tournament at the marina! It was right around the corner and also close to the beach! The condo was very clean and comfortable! We would love to stay again soon!

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time in Edisto, the condo was excellent and very clean. I loved everything about it. The owners communicated well and recommended several go to places. Can’t wait to come back and we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the beautiful area. The trees with spanish moss are amazing. We had 6 deer come to the deck for a treat. We had apples the deer enjoyed. Inside the condo the furniture is nice and a great bed. The bathroom and kitchen are showing their age but adequate and well stocked. The area is busy and pool crowded, of course you can always go to the beach. You need a car to enjoy the area.

This property had all you need for your stay for cooking and lounging. It was comfy and cozy. The small arcade machine was fun for the evenings and “iffy” weather. We would stay here again.

Cozy, efficient condo in a family-friendly resort. We enjoyed bike riding through Edisto Island on paved bike paths. Good options for dining and activities. Good communication w owner, easy check-in and out. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great Place to Spend Time

What a nice little place! Very clean (especially the bathroom!) and comfortable. The "look" of the interior feels well kept and up-to-date. When we were "grounded" by rain, this condo made a cozy place to relax and spend time together watching movies and playing games -- we enjoyed the arcade table a lot more than we expected! The deck view of the deer was also nice. Thanks so much for making this place available to us! We don't make it out to Edisto Beach often, but when we go next, we will definitely look this place up.
