"This was one of the quietest city stays we’ve ever had, which was a pleasant surprise (especially since our room was right next to car park and service entrance). Rhiannon was very helpful: stowing bags, booking a taxi, answering our questions, and arranging an early check-in.. All the staff was very kind and warm. Anna was also lovely. We would not stay in the same room (220–The Skerry) again: it was so small that it was hard to open our suitcases AND move about in the available floor space,...

"The room was clean and tidy , but the carpets were a little tired. That being said the bed and linen were of excellent condition. The breakfast was a very high standard and you wanted for noting. "There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "

"Convenient to Haymarket station. On a steep incline so if you have mobility issues you will need a taxi. Hotel books in coach tours so very full. Catering is dismal its £20 per ticket to access the buffet which was shocking. How can a hotel not do a salad bar ? Not one label on any food item. Everyone complained and was miserable ."
