Kilchoan is a luxury one bedroom apartment recently renovated to a high standard and situated in the heart of the beautiful East Lothian countryside. Ideal for couples and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Based in the picturesque conservation village of Gifford, Kilchoan is the perfect place for a vacation in the country. The coastal towns of North Berwick and Dunbar are close by as are some of the county’s finest golf courses.

What a beautiful place to stay. This is a quaint small town. Our host, Beth, met us when we arrived and gave us a nice run through of our house. The amenities are all modern in this 200 year old home. The king bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay

The flat is very well thought out. It is light, airy, and very comfortable and contains pretty much everything you could wish for. Beth is very welcoming and accommodating and there are a lot of things to do in the area.

Superb accommodation for two people

A lovely property situated in Gifford. Very quiet, comfortable, extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. We loved it and hope to return again. Would definitely recommend!

Perhaps the nicest property I have stayed in

I have stayed in many BnB properties and this has to be the best equipped yet. Everything was good quality - nice casserole, baking trays, blender, etc. It was all there. The decor represents, the owner’s travels around the world. Beth and John are delightful and I loved being able to order fish, eggs and vegetables through them each week from the local delivery person. I will definitely book here again if I am in the Gifford area.

The apartment was excellent, clean, tidy with everything as described, the village location was just the quiet few days we were after. Beth the hostess was charming, very welcoming, kind, attentive and very very obliging. We had a wonderful peaceful stay, ten out of ten.

Lovely little loft

Excellent little apartment. Wonderfully comfortable and immaculate presentation. Owner very attentive and extremely helpful. Everything you need is on the doorstep, even Scandi shops and tea room!
