It's true that wifi is sporadic but there is a landline if necessary. We incurred a slight problem and the owners were right on top of it. Communication with us was wonderful through out the entire process and it was rectified same day. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everyone (6) at all times of day thanks to the ceiling fan. "Exactly as advertised. Needed a comfortable, clean place to sleep. Quality king sized bed. I recommend only booking this place from VRBO as there are some units that seem to be affected by construction on the far end. (did not affect our stay one bit.) "

"Our family had the best time at Ruby Hill. Gorgeous location perfect for rest, connecting with each other and enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was immaculate. Every inch was perfectly clean. We didn't even see any bugs inside, which is so impressive for a cabin in the woods. Everything you need is there. Only thing is the description said there would be a double bed, 2 twins and a double futon. There was no futon, but there was a single cot, which worked ok for us, but some people may end up...
