"This adorable cottage was the perfect home base for our trip. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved spending time one the sun porch while it rained. The location was perfect for walking to Million Dollar Beach or into town for food/exploring. "

"Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! "

"The only issue I have is, we were told is was only a mile from the lake but it was way more than that."

"Fishing was great, sm mouth bass here with beautiful flat rocks that made it easy to get around. The surroundings were awsome with views of remnants of an old paper mill right across the river. You can watch tubers come down sacandaga river where it meets hudson river. When tide is low safe to swim definitely able to dip in pockest to get wet. Too cold still. "Visting Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College for a grandchild's graduation, the litle apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Well-equiped, clean, and welcoming, we will be coming back. "

"The property was pretty and private, with a beautiful view. Very quiet town. The cabin was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft! The owner was very friendly and checked in with us when we arrived. There was a storm the night before we were to check out and they had the driveway plowed quickly. They were also nice enough to offer a later check out time to make sure we could leave safely. Close to Oak Mountain for skiing!Definitely recommend!"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. The home is very neat and clean with everything you need to be comfortable! I highly recommend staying here. I hope to continue booking there when I’m in town."

"To say this stay was perfect would seem exaggerated to some but to me it seems it doesn’t to it justice! Choosing the cabin as a first time “off-grid” goer was a bit intimidating but with WiFi a few walks away and the views made me forget about that. The hot shower and the bathroom steps away was exceptional to offer on this type of getaway. To be in this privacy of a property with this type of view is something you don’t just get to experience so easily, I know this because I have been to many...

"Doesn't get much better, folks. Easy check-in, spacious house, and comfy beds. If you have a big group, there really isn't any other place worth booking. My only fear is that this place becomes too popular and we won't be able to get it again!"

"Stay was great. Instructions were easy to follow and the property was very nice. Private pond and dock. It was nice and quiet. Caught some bass. Fell asleep in a chair with my pole in the water. What else can a guy ask for! "

"Nice cabin like feeling, very spacious and clean, everything you need in a kitchen and much more throughout the house. Paul was there to help us with turning on the air conditioner and nice of him making sure if we need anything to let him know. love that it’s secluded but very close to the village. We celebrated my husband birthday with our son & girlfriend, we have nice memories now to this place. We definitely will come back. "

"The stay here was nice. 1 street away from the lake. The place was very clean and cozy. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you are looking in the wrong place but it is worth the value. "

"We went up for an extended weekend, and the photos of this place did not do it justice!! The view from the home was absolutely beautiful! The apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and the host Peter is really nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also perfect. It’s quiet with waterfront access, but minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again."
