"We never booked a house in the country before so we were curious as to what it’s like being outside the city but when we got to the house we were glad we booked this one. Nice and quiet location. It is a great place just off the interstate about 2 miles. Very convenient and clean. "Beautifully decorated home in a wonderful neighborhood. Minutes to Walnut Beach! Excellent communication from our host; Dan cares about his guests and that they enjoy their stay. The game room was a great bonus. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! Also, the backyard fence gives great privacy! "

"If you have seen the pictures and wonder if they are real, YES they are! This place is a beautiful Colorado-style log home with a decorated interior exactly as you would expect from this "Rocky Mountain" experience. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, an electric fireplace, and a loft upstairs for more sleeping area. (Main bedroom is on the first floor.) "Had a wonderful stay at this Lakehouse with friends! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect deck and sunroom for gazing at the lake in any weather! Great private beach access! Would highly recommend! Host was so easy to communicate with. Hope to be back again!"

"We chose this place to enjoy a short getaway while also visiting family back home in Ohio. The guidelines allowed for a party of 20 or less which was perfect for us. and inviting family over. It rained most of the weekend but the peaceful surroundings were still beautiful, and the house was perfect for our family reunion. "Gorgeous cabin with space to visit together or spread out. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch, playing games, and watching movies. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Weather was hot while we were there, and the a/c kept us comfortably cool. Great location for visiting wineries, hiking, and kayaking. Check in and check out were simple."

"We had a wonderful girl's trip at this location. It was so perfect for the 5 of us. The location, right on the water, was ideal. We had a fire and made smores in the firepit. The view was unbelievable. The house spotless and stocked with anything we might need. Great location for visiting wineries. Mark was quick to respond, although we had no issues. Would highly recommend!!!!"

"Our stay was wonderful! Very much needed from the day today. Quiet and very clean. Very close to town and the vineyards. Renee was great and provided a lot of extras. Next time we will stay longer when we come back to town. Highly recommended! "

"Beautiful home close to a lot of local amenities. It is close to train tracks and trains do run throughout the night. They supply sound boxes in each room, Nohowever they do not supply plug in bricks for them, so if you intend to use them, make sure you bring extra bricks. "
