Escape the city life and enjoy the Edgewater/Annapolis Area. This Cozy 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is waiting for you and your family to make memories. Step into this enchanting retreat with 3 queen beds and 2 bunk beds (Twin on top/Full on the bottom). It's perfect for families and friends looking for a cozy getaway and Naval Academy families to visit their hardworking midshipmen. Just the the two of you? A cozy romantic getaway. All the water toys are here for your enjoyment - paddle boards, kayaks, floaties. There is basketball, volleyball, corn hole, BIG Jenga, etc. There is a game room located downstairs with X-box, darts, foosball, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck where you will enjoy the cozy outdoor furniture and your evening under the stars in the hot tub. The property has two fire pits for those wine and smore evenings! There are miles of hiking trails and beaches - a 5 min walk from the home. Downtown Annapolis is a short 15-20 min drive/uber. Enjoy this cozy wonderland with a fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of high speed internet/wifi, washer/dryer and call it home for your stay. Great for holiday getaways! We rented this house for a friends trip. All adults. It was perfect. House was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Everything was very clean. Loved the hot tub and the view. Would definitely return to this property!

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful waterfront rental, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the water that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. The property is well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. The layout of the house was spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room for both relaxation and entertaining. We loved being able to enjoy morning coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise over the water, and the evenings were just as peaceful, with the gentle sounds of the waves lapping at the shore.The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative, providing all the information we needed ahead of time and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, and we had everything we needed to cook meals, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the area.If you're looking for a tranquil escape with easy access to water activities, this is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene getaway!

My family has been renting houses for over 3 years and this property was by far one of the best. The host was so sweet and caring, went the extra mile over and over again. He always responded to my messages the same day, took the time to respond with detailed answers, making sure I understood everything. When we arrived at the house there were fresh groceries waiting for us! There was milk, orange juice, a fruit platter, popcorn and fresh cinnamon buns. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. It was such a beautifully modern and updated space with 5 tvs, 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of beds. There were tons of puzzles, board games and outdoor games for us to use. Best part was the amazing outdoor hot tub! We all loved it! The views from the house were outstanding, waking up each morning on the water was so wonderful. We can't wait to come back and visit again!
