"Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (...

"Nice property conveniently located, clean and with several pools and pickleball which we love! Drawbacks were the lack of elevators for hauling all of our luggage and supplies upstairs. Our unit also had a long steep staircase up to the primary (only) bedroom. People with mobility issues could struggle in this unit. There were bathrooms on both levels, which was nice. "Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off. "

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. "Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. "Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Great clean little cottage. Perfect for two adults and a dog. The back yard is fenced in which was a pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood there is a private beach within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to the public beach. The only issue we had was both mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable. "
