"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast- make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, toast. Only negative is that the mini fridge did not keep cool."

"Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst...

"The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain."
