"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean. We loved we could dock our boat. Owners were super friendly and helpful and same for the neighbors. What a peaceful little place back there. My kids did not want to leave! I read the reviews before booking so I knew there were 3 sets of stairs and a slope to the dock. This place is definitely not for everyone if you aren’t able to walk those! The only thing we we change is that the apartment is always set to 80 and we were dying when we...

I filtered for a waterfront property and this one is up the hill from the lake, not on the water..but it was a nice, short stroll to the water every evening with our toddler so not a big deal for us. Caught a few fish, and made great memories in my home state. Would book again to visit Benton, or just to enjoy a few KY lake days and Belews (restaurant)."

"The house was very nice, and in a beautiful relaxing setting. It was easy to walk down to the water and fish off the dock or watch birds. The open areas of the house provided plenty of space for our family to play games or just be together."

"We stayed as a family (of 8) in this beautiful lake house as the start of our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated, with lots of space for our family. Double washer and dryers, plenty of games, comfortable linens, large spa-like showers, easy lake access, etc. the kids really enjoyed using the provided kayaks, and we enjoyed grilling steaks out on the deck. We kept a nice fire going outside down by the lake, and really enjoyed the beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again!...
