"Unfriendly staffs"

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"This was probably the worst hotel “stay” I have ever experienced. I put stay in quotes because my friend and I couldn’t even make it through night one. We intended to stay two nights, but as soon as we checked in and we got to our room, it smelled terrible. The towels were crunchy, and there were stains all over the sheets and pillows. We went downstairs and let them know we would not be staying two nights just one and asked for new sheets the sheets he gave us were also stained and dirty at...

"We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!"

We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional."

"This hotel is right on the ocean. So if you want an ocean experience this is for you. It is an old motel, that has refurbished the guest rooms but the motel still has a run down feel to it in the hallways. They do have live entertainment on weekends"

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...
