"We found the 2 bedroom dorm room to be as we expected. It was very bare and simple but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the price was reasonable for what we got. No TV in suite so bring your devices. The cupboards are bare in the kitchenette so bring what you need to have breakfast in your room. There is no place to get coffee without getting in the car and taking a drive so keep that in mind! Next time we’ll bring something along. The parkade is a bit of a walk away and costs $11...

"Very nice place, this is actually the first time I’ve been to a motel. And it was amazing, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And, most importantly, the room is nice and clean. The washroom has walk in shower which I preferred the most. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try living in a convenient motel."

It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. "Do not like the 100.00 damage deposit hold that we were not told about until we were checking in. It does not show up on our receipt and when we were checking out we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. At check in she said it would be removed when we checked out. I think this is bad for business & don't like it at all."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly.
