"Everything about our stay was great! The host is fast and efficient with communication so we were never left in the dark about anything. This house is fully equipped with everything you may need which was super helpful! The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were very well stocked. The yard is super spacious and has a trail accessible from the back yard. The house is also full of things to do for kids from board games, nerf guns, trampoline, and tree house with a rock wall so the kids were...

"The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed on the website. This property worked very well for our annual "girls trip". It was a great location to use as a base to go on day trips to explore the eastern part of the U.P. There were a couple of food trucks, a café, and a place to get groceries all within walking distance."

"We had a good overall experience at this cabin/cottage. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched my expectations for the price. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and hassle-free. The location was cool, kind of on a peninsula, and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was tight but functional. It was close enough to what we wanted to do. We did not utilize the water at all but it was nice viewing the lake in our downtime. I would stay here again. "

"Absolutely beautiful home filled with everything needed. Great location within an hour from many attractions. Hosts were wonderful. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. The best VRBO we have stayed at. Nothing bad to say about our stay "

"Could not ask for a more beautiful or well maintained home. Absolutely perfect for our laid back Bachelorette party. We spent most our weekend soaking up the sun on the lake in the kayaks and rock hunting on the beach. Truly a breathtaking house that shows so much time that must have gone in to its creation. Will be booking again! "

"The property was clean, quiet, and bug free on the inside. It was definitely Michigan weather. Air conditioning in the morning and heat at night. Lol. The lake was pretty and the loons were singing at night and in the morning. At night you havr a great view of the northern sky. No dark sky park needed. Firewood and charcoal seemed to be provided, which was a really nice amenity. It was a short trip so sadly we didn't use any of it. Next time we'll come for a week. Rent cabin 7 if you want a dock...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rustic Moose! The host was fantastic with communicating and you could tell a lot of care went into making this a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back again in warmer months! "

"The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed the bonfire every night and lake view. Sondra was very nice and enjoyed her visits. She got me a different lawn chair to sit in as I couldn’t sit in those low chairs after hip surgery and need a knee replacement. The tv was hard to figure out .Would tell people about this place. We would come back in the future."

"Nice secluded beach with lots of nature; the stair down to the beach is steep. Fun swimming beaches and attractions nearby. A bit of highway noise since the house is right off the main road with lots of semis, but also easy access. The metal bunk beds were too squeaky and hard for sleeping. The house had most of the basic kitchen tools we needed (there is now a can opener) and it was clean."

"It was a beautiful place to stay. It was Cozy and secluded, with gorgeous views of Superior Lake. The beach was just a few steps away. This cabin offers all you need in one place in a private setting."
