Site of former Ebchester station. View NE, towards Newcastle: ex-NER Newcastle - Scotswood - Blackhill line. The station was closed 21/9/53; the line 1/12/54 to passengers, 11/11/63 to goods. Evidently the track-bed is now a cycle-path.

Lovely staff and great location, room was a bit loud at night since it’s close to an area with busy nightlife but it’s not the hotels fault and it stopped around midnight. I’ll come back next time I visit Newcastle!

Travelled with my daughter and her two boys love this hotel been back twice now loved the gym the pool the sauna coming back in march the food was expensive though and we ate out lovely beautifull hotel would highly recomend well done Delta Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, when checking in. The room was very well kitted out, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, hairdryer, etc. will be booking again.
