Beautiful, upscale, lakefront condo in private gated golf, tennis and recreational community of Cuscowilla on spectacular Lake Oconee. Perfect location for get away with friends or family. Golf course open to rental guests only during Masters Week or accompanied golf member.

Great retreat community for a couple or small family. Opportunities available to rent bikes, jet skis, boats and kayaks. Boat rental available nearby. Plenty of nearby 5 star restaurants within 15 min drive.

Condo built in 2010, has hardwood floors in living, dining and kitchen areas, stainless appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer. Master bedroom with beautiful lake view and outside access. Master bath with jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Two HD TV's with Wi-Fi access for streaming. Walk-out patio over looks the lake. King bed in Master bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Historic Eatonton, Greensboro and Madison are minutes away for shopping and sight seeing. Many excellent restaurants, shopping, movies, and retail stores in the area. Ritz Carlton in nearby Reynolds Plantation with spa facilities and outstanding dining options.

Restful Place

We enjoyed a quiet few days at this great condo. The lake views are peaceful and so is waking up to bird songs each morning.Recommend eating dinner at Table at the Lake; it was excellent.

January Lake getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the lake! The condo had an excellent view of the water and had a great location within the property/community. The condo was well appointed and had everything he would need for cooking. The community itself is very charming and beautiful, beautiful. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood.

Family getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was beautiful inside and out with a wonderful view of the lake. It had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and made it an easy experience. We would stay here again.

Lake condo

Perfect for our visit. Adjacent to our friends condo. Located on the water-short walk to the dock. Two bedrooms located on each side of the condo for privacy and guiet. Nice kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Beautiful view.

Beautiful condo and location

Loved our stay there. The condo was right on the water, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a gated waterfront & golf community with great area to walk, nice gym and pool. We'd definitely stay there again.

An Awesome weekend

Fantastic condo, fully equipped with every item well thought about and provided to have a stress free (“oh I forgot…”) mini vacation. Our accommodations lacked nothing! The long view of Lake Oconee was a joy in the mornings/evenings. We will definitely return!! Thank you to our great hosts.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our party of 4 came into town for a Wedding. What a beautiful place to stay. The view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular and coffee in the morning on the patio was very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. If ever back in the area we will book again! Thank you!

Beautiful Lake side Condo

The property met and exceeded our expectations. Located on ground level made for easy unloading/loading. Condo was spacious and appropriately equipped with all amenities needed. Property owner was very responsive to all requests in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and stay at this property again.

Excellent condo, quiet complex. Lots of amenities. We grilled out twice. Used the dock for our kayak and paddle board. Overall great stay, already planning another trip later this fall. My wife and girls weren’t sure about lake living - too much beach in their blood, but this trip may have changed their minds

Nice Comfortable Stay at a Beautiful Lake

Almost everything was great, and the owner was very responsive to all my concerns. We only had two issues, one of which was a fluke. When we arrived the TV and internet were not working, probably because of weather, and it took 3 days to get it functional. The other issue is the parking is not optimal. Guests have to park in a gravel/grass/mud parking area that's about 100 yards away from the unit. Uphill one way, downhill the other. There is, though, a turnaround very close to the unit for loading and unloading. Overall it's a nice condo.
